To be successful on our online courses, you need no academic qualifications whatsoever, nor do you need any industry experience. In fact, over 95% of our successful delegates came
to us with no formal qualifications and absolutely no financial services experience. Our home based training courses are specifically designed for individuals who are completely new to the mortgage industry, although we also
train many who currently work within the banking and mortgage sectors.
We choose to offer these online training courses because we realise that not everyone can take five days out of their life to take a training course. Whether it be work or family commitments, there are already so many demands on our
time. Furthermore, for the self-employed, the loss of a week's income can be a major factor that decides many against the 5-day intensive courses. For these people, the option to allocate a couple of hours per day to their studies is
the ideal solution. OK, it will take more than five days to reach the required standard, but when the course is completed, these 'distance learning' delegates tend to have a much better understanding of the subject than the
'5-day intensive' delegates would have.
